Packaging

The GMC X7 X-Station comes in a large cardboard packaging with a penetrating red color on all sides. The case itself is protected by Styrofoam and a plastic bag wrapped around the case to prevent the paint from being scratched. It kept the case in pristine condition but I always get this electric shock when I’m removing the material. Very annoying! The case itself is pretty light, it’s made essentially from rolled steel and the front bezel is made out of plastic.

The GMC X7 X-Station is a mid tower sized chassis with two fans on the inside. It has one 120mm exhaust fan on the back and one 80mm fan hidden behind the side panel’s plastic shield. It also has an additional 120mm spot on the front grill but you will need to purchase that fan yourself.
