Exterior

The Tuniq 3 is a mid-sized tower casing with the capability of holding up to five 5 1/4″ drives and two 3 1/2 drives. This the type of case that has no visible front bezel because of the door. Most of the case is made out of steel with rolled edges to keep the edges smooth. Older cases used to be really sharp and you were able to cut yourself numerous of times when installing hardware.

This particular model has no window in the side panel but one vent and one 80mm fan grill for you to install a fan. This case also offers usb front ports, which is on almost every case these days. It adds functionality and it makes it easier for you to plug in your headphones or your usb stick. It is located on the bottom left side at the front.

The front bezel is hidden by a door made out of aluminum. There’s a lot of plastic in the front bezel and the door itself has really rough edges making it very sharp, so sharp that I cut myself during the period I used this case…. Behind the is room for five 5 1/4″ drives and two 3 1/2 drives. The power and reset buttons are on the front door as well, along with the activity and power led.
