Packaging

The recent cases I’ve looked at, all had a shiny box with lots of colors and flashy images. But Sunbeam chose not to pursue that same path. The Freezing Storm comes in a white cardboard box with a black and white setting. There are some specs on the sides and a clear image of the case inside.

As you can see on the images above, my box was again damaged by transport. It’s just apparent that today’s packaging for cases are not up to par. Maybe a complete surrounding of protection instead of the top and the bottom will minimize damage.

The Freezing Storm comes with the usual bits and pieces. It works with easy to use quick installation rails that make installation of hard drives, drives and floppy drives a lot easier.
