Packaging

The packaging for the NH-U12P is not any different than the NH-C12P. Noctua uses their distinctive brown and blue color scheme to set it apart from the rest with the cooler slightly visible through the see through plastic at the front.

If you spin it sideways than you’ll see the 6 main features of this cooler, such as the 4 dual heat pipes incorporated into its design to dissipate the heat more effectively. The new P12 fan that has cuts in the blades to minimize noise even further than their regular fans, but it also shows that this cooler uses their NH-U Type design, which is alot different than the C-Type design of the C12p. Also included with the NH-U, just like the C12P is their SecuFirm mounting system. Real easy to use and it has high compatibility and to top things off they included their NT-H1 thermal compound. Which is far better than any of those standard silicone stuff other manufacturers include
