The Powered by Razer program is an initiative reflecting Razer’s commitment to work with computer industry partners who are interested in obtaining the edge in computer gaming hardware. It extends Razer’s industry-leading gaming technology to businesses globally, by allowing interested partners to license Razer’s cutting-edge technology in their gaming products.

Razer provided the technological expertise and invaluable suggestions to the DKTBoard. Other products part of the ‘Powered by Razer’ initiative includes the Microsoft Habu gaming mouse, the Microsoft Reclusa gaming keyboard and the Belkin n52te speedpad.

What kind of “edge” this keyboard has in comparison to other keyboards is unknown, but I’m guessing it has to do with the knowhow from Razer and the years of operation that they combine with manufacturers to make suggestions and help them build a better product.
