The Inside

The inside is not that spacious, but it’s fine if you are looking for a case you don’t want to mess about too many times. This case has again no removable motherboard tray. What’s up with that? It’s not that difficult to implement that feature and make the case a lot more functional and useful.

The M603-CA came with a 400watts power supply. Nothing fancy, but it’s nice to see it included with the case. Especially if you are looking to create a simple machine that only requires a standard power supply. I’m guessing that anyone looking for this case, doesn’t feel like spending a fortune on a case, a power supply and the rest of the hardware.

This case uses the same drive bay locking system as the previous codegen case we looked at. It’s tool free assembly/disassembly for easy installation and maintenance. You simply click the slider onto the drive, and your done. Slide in the drive and your ready to start rocking. Since it’s plastic, it removes some of the vibrations come from the hard drive. In my case I did not have much trouble with vibrations in this case. But it the HDD’s were noticeable though.

This case has only got one fan. A 120mm on the top, but this also depends on what model you pick. There are versions available with two 80mm fans, or two 120mm fans or simply one. Another feature on this case is are the 7 slot card fixers. Again no screws are needed. Plug in your video card, sound card or whatever your using and move the card fixer to it’s original position to hold the card in place.
