First Looks

The Antec Sonata III is only available in black and only available with the EarthWatts 500watts powersupply. The front of the Sonata case is covered by a door that can be locked by the 2 keys included. There is room for three 5′1/4 bay drives and two floppy drives. The floppy drive is also removable so this makes installation a bit easier. Behind the front bezel covers there are a total of 6 sliding brackets that go attached to the drives to slide in and out of the drive cage.

The back of the Antec Sonata sports a 120mm fan which can be operated at three different speeds (low-medium-high). At low and medium speed this fan is nearly dead silent. Only when you run it at high speed it becomes a bit noticeable. But not by much though. The rear also has a few ventilation holes near the pci slots for extra cooling.
