The bottom has enough room for your power supply along with all the wires. I wonder though by there’s a fan just directly in front of the wires of the power supply. It would have worked better if they had included two fan grills on each side to protect your cables. Each 120mm fan has a little switch attached that can control the speed, running it at either low, medium or high speed. Each fan is dead silent, I ran these fans at medium speed most of the time.
The bottom part of the case can be accessed on both sides, providing plenty of room to work with. The P180 has a vent plate that acts as separation but also to guide your wires through from your power supply or hard drives.
As you can see there’s barely enough room for the connectors on the hard drives, and it’s a real mess in there. Antec should have made this case just a bit longer to give you some more spacing between the motherboard and the drives. I removed the bottom fan since it was interfering with my wiring.
It’s been a while since I looked at a case with so many features for this price. The Antec P180 is fairly cheap if you consider how much you get in return for it. It’s not the most spacious case and it does get a bit crowded in there once your system is all set up. But the features like sound dampening, removable trays with anti vibration grommets, and stellar looks makes it all good. Im more than pleased with this case.
