When I got this case, I immediately noticed how big the packaging was. The case is packed in foam inserts that protect the case against brutal abuse, but it turns out the postal service was still able to deliver me a case in bits and pieces. Antec was kind enough to replace the broken case with a new one.

Antec made sure they did enough on their side to protect the case till it arrives on your doorstep. The case is packed in foam inserts, with paper board all round the exposing sides and on top of that they applied plastic foam over each part of the case to protect it against scratches.
