I was expecting a mousepad made out of steel but boy was I wrong this time The SteelPad carries a weird name but that shouldn’t stop me from testing this while playing a good game of Knights of the old republic.

Soft Tradin the developer of the icemat, the steelpad and many other products have again included a strip of padsurfers, here’s a short quote from my earlier reviews what these padsurfers can do.

Pad Surfers can be described as steroids for your mouse, they make movement way smoother and easier, I’m not sure what it’s made of but most probably some sort of Teflon tape, it will increase the movement on your ordinary mousepad, and / or on the IceMat, if you don’t use the Pad Surfers, the mouse will make a tad more noise than with the Pad Surfers placed underneath your Mouse.
